  • Set exciting things to look forward to
    • Exciting weekend plans
    • A day off of work

    • Set aside time after work every day to do something for myself (bath, art, movies)
    • Wake up 5 minutes earlier
  • Healthy habits
    • Eat breakfast 
    • Healthy meals
    • Workout daily (even for just 5 minutes)
    • More water, no caffeine, and no sugar
  • Mindfulness
    • Take it a day at a time 
    • Only live in the current moment
